Acidity and migrane

Acidity occurs in our body due to poor diet , dehydration, stress,tiredness, lack of sleep.
There is a home remedy for that

Take 
coriander seeds-2 spoons
ginger - little
Cumin seeds 0.5 spoon
honey-1 teaspoon 
Lime squeezed-1
Water-5 spoons

You can either use a mixer or a manual mixer by mixing all the above ingredients except lime  and honey by mixing drops of water and then finally squeeze lime and mix honey and drink .
You will be relieved from acidity and migrane.
It's even good for nausea.
Drink plenty of water every day it will keep you fit and healthy.

Stomach pain

Our home remedies start from kitchen more beneficial without any side effects.
Then what are we waiting for ?

Cramping abdominal pain
Take 1 glass of warm water add 1 spoonful of ghee and 2 spoonful of sugars mix and drink you will relieved from pain in few minutes.

Stomach Pain
Take ajwain seeds along with salt crush it by rubbing with your palm take this mixture with warm water.

Soak fenugreek seeds in water and drunk daily for 3 days you will be relieved from stomach pain. 

Drink pleanty of  water everyday which help your body to be clean and healthy.
